E&O Insurance

Is the E & O required in Oregon?
Can we offer our customers the option to pay using pay pal and have that link on our account with NotaryRotary?

No E&O is not required in Oregon but it is a requirement to be a NSA for most SS Co.'s and Lo. Co's. So if you are asking if you need to have E&O insurance, I would say yes you do. You also are not required to have a Bond in Oregon.
