Has anyone received payment from Excel Signing Services, LLC? Registered Agent is Steven Vahey, 641 Shalimar Dr. Unit B, Costa Mesa, CA Phone: 949-940-8826. 12 complaints to BBB and all unanswered. You get his voice mail when you call and he never returns a call. He owes me for a signing in November 2006. I understand this address is located in a apartment complex.

Just thought I would inquire.

They owe me for a signing that I did June 2006. I called and faxed them. Never got a response.
I'm not really concerned about where his address is, I want to know where his checkbook is.

Me too!!! He owes me from Dec06. I am one of the ones that filed a BBB that was never answered. I really want him to go down the tubes. I am thinking of the small claims attempt, what do you think Ducky? You and I are in Fla., central and east coast area. We should both file.
