Does any have a Vendor relations contact and phone number for FASS. When I call the regular 800# they gave me an email address to contatct vendor relations. They refused to xfer me. The FASS rep stated they do not xfer to vendor relations period, they just give out the email address. I received a response from someone in indinia or where ever they outsource to. TIA
