FED EX Drivers...

Most of the time I have a package to send when the driver shows in my front door. And he/she gives me the newly delivered package I then give my new shipping package.

I have noticed that they don't take the new package very happy, they say that why I don't take it to their authorized drop places and they even give me directions on where to drop them.

I think the local postal places get like one dollar per package. Maybe FED EX does not want to take business from the local postal places? Who knows, do you?

I schedule a pick up at my door and have no problems. Sometimes they leave a pkg and pick up at the same time. Never a problem. Sometimes the UPS guy and the Fed Ex guy are here at the same time which is funny. They stand in my drive way and talk.

My fed ex guy is soooo cute. lol

My drop off FedEx guy doesn't pick up because he only delivers. Then the pu guy comes later. Of course, I live metro area.
If they want you to drop off = TS. That is a service they provide (PU) and he's just getting attitude. He may be contract in which case they feel differently from employees and perhaps have a longer haul to get to pkg drop off? Who knows. I just know that with gas going the way it is, I'm not driving any more than I have to these days and Kinko's is 5 mi one way which can take 20 mins. to drive. Only time I go to Kinko's is Sat, 4am, no traffic, as courtesy to TC/SS as FedEx charges $20 extra for Sat. pu, and that is per pkg.

no problems whatsoever with the fedex guy, he drops over just about every day to pick up and always is polite and has a smile.

My two regulars are wonderful! One uses my driveway to sort as I am his last stop. He's becoming family...

No problem with my FedEx guy. They even call me when they think they are not going to make it by my cut off time.

I've had the FedEx & UPS (even Staples) guys ask if I'd prefer to have packages delivered to my work address -- even when they're addressed to home!! I've also gotten packages addressed to my neighbors -- the guys are so used to delivering to me!!
