the acknowledgement and jurat are the most used. The acknowledgement is available here on NotRot and they also have a jurat stamp. You can go to the store to order them.

Try flipping to the pages in your CA notary Handbook that cover Jurats & Acknowledgements. If you don't, you'll pay for something you could type for free.

The content is also available from the SOS website. I just created my own in a Word document so I can print as many as I want whenever I want. I keep a folder with an ample supply of both with me at all times.
