Heads up on Docuservusa

Well, I can't even get a phone call returned by the owner, Johnny, or his accounting person, Tina. It is pretty evident they have no intention of paying. So beware if you do a signing for this company--you probably won't get paid!!! If you do, the effort you will expend chasing your check will far outweigh what you would make for the signing. Avoid them.

Ivana, have you spoken with Brett? I've never dealt with Johnnie but Brett has always returned my calls and been very cordial. One of these numbers should be his cell. 714-444-4633 or 949-679-3846.

Hi Jan, his cell phone has been disconnected and he's is out of the office. He may be the go to guy, but the company itself is sadly, totally non-responsive. I have to stand by my warning to think twice before doing business with this company.

I just called Bret's cell phone which is 714-791-2382. He says he's on vacation until the 3rd of June and the office number he gave to call was 949-679-3900 which is different from what I gave you. If you can't get this resolved with Johnnie, I would call Bret when he is back from vacation and see what he can do.

Docuserv USA used to be a good company to work for. However, I have not worked for them since March 2006 at which time I had to send them a collection letter. I will never accept another job from this company.

I'm so glad you guys are talking. I just registered with them a couple of weeks ago! I won't be doing business w/ them. That's for sure.

I agree - have done lots of business w/them, but lately there have been 'ding, ding, dings' going off in my head, and these posts have me nervous as I just deposited a check, and have several overdue. Then update my page there today, but later could not access their site. So??? Will be working on this Fri as too busy today plus I need to be logical, not a screaming beastie that I feel like right now.

Maybe an idea to help avoid this issue w/ any company we are dealing with is to let them know up front that we will contact the title or loan company if payment isn't received b4 we ever go out for them. Thoughts???? This lets them know we WILL embarras them if we have to in order to collect. Business is business.
