Kensington Title No Pay COmpany

Just wanted people to know that Kensington Title does not pay as promised what is
on the connfirmation, does not return phone calls or answer emails.

Make sure you go to Notary Beware & enter that info so everyone can benefit from it. I had a bad time with them, too. The only reason I got paid was b/c the loan I closed was for an attorney, and he liked me, and spoke up for me to Kensington, when I let him know they were trying to get out of paying me.

Talk to JEFF LENDER when you call there. Make sure you send an INVOICE with the closing package.
They met my fees and they paid me fast. NO PROBLEMS!

I had a payment problem with them as well. I talked to Frank in their AP department and was paid within 4 days.
