Heard from another notary; they just moved. I'll just pursue through my small claims court, after this month-end rush.

You'll need to research it but from what I've read elsewhere the owner was contemplating bankruptcy...that was back in early March. If they went that route I think they're judgment-proof.

Makes sense - about March - communication became zilch.

They were the nicest bunch, Heather, Vicki, Nich, and Debra. Anytime I mailed a late invoice - she'd call apologizing for not having paid it.

Last I spoke to Heather, in February, she said things had been very slow. I thought they had just found a lower priced notary in my area.

Well, if they went under, I am sorry for them.
