NNA BGC - Reply from NNA

I sent an e-mail to the NNA to inquire about this whole thing with the January 23 date and background checks that were done as part of the NNA Certification process, here's what they had to say:

Thank you for your inquiry. The information concerning an alleged change to our background check is incorrect. We have contacted both the legal head and the vice-president to have them address this error.

Our background check has not changed since its implementation last fall.
