I received an email from them.
I haven't spoken to anyone of them. But, am I to understand that I would be charged
to download documents from that site?

Is anyone else doing that? Good or bad?

Received it also. No, I don't plan on "paying" to get the docs. If I decide to, my base fee goes up $10 to them.

I received this also and I decided I wasnt going to pay for this I have been very slow this month I am not trying to waste money.
