New poster
I have been reading and lurking in NR forum for almost a year. I feel like I already know many of you and would like to know many of the others. I've been in the RE industry for 29 years and a notary public for 12 years. I have learned so much more from this forum than any of the classes I have taken over the years, especially notary classes (none until moving to PA).
It also reminds me of just how large this country is and how much sameness and how much diversity there is nationwide.
Please keep up the informative talk. It's wonderful.
