Ninety days and counting. BEWARE OF VELOCITY SIGNING!!!!

It has been 90 days since I did a closing for Velocity Signing out of Pittsburgh, PA. I keep getting the same-oh, same-oh "checks just went out, Oh, I thought I sent that already, gee I don't know what happened."

Well, I know what happened, I was a sucker for Jeff's song and dance, at the time of the signing, and now I'm suffering for his lack of credibility (let alone his honesty) not!!

I know that there are other notaries out there that have been take by this clown. Hopefully, if we band together we can completely shut him down.

After many months of trying to contact this BARRY PAUL SILVER I finally tracked his new phone number. I talked to him yesterday about a closing I did in July 06 and was still not paid for. At that time he said he was not doing loans and hung up on me. I called him back and gave him the info he requested. He said check would be in mail today. Then this am I get another em from him stating that he found the confirmation in his SENT MAIL. He asked me for more information. I gave it to him. Each time I sent him what he asked for only to get another email asking for more info and then if he got what he wanted he MAY send out payment. BLAH BLAH BLAH. Well I am tired of exchanging emails with him and giving him the same info over and over again. Last email to him was either pay up or BBB will be involved not to mention the Secretary of State. I give him until next week to rcv pymt. Has anyone else had problems with this BARRY or INTEGRITY?
