Non Paying Signing Company
To All Notaries: Please do not accept any signing requests from a company by the name of A2Z Notary out of Gilbert Arizona. They contracted me out to do two loan signings in one day and they have failed and continue to fail to pay me after numerous telephone and email requests.

>> ... they have failed and continue to fail to pay me after numerous telephone and email requests. << -------------------------------------------- Are you being fair to them by telling others to not accept work from them?
You're not telling the whole story. You don't say anything about when all of this occurred. And you don't give all of the circumstances.
In all fairness to this company, you should tell the whole story before warning people to not accept work from them.

I agree with Jo Ann. This company DOES NOT PAY! The woman who run that company seem so nice on the phone "Oh honey, oh sweetie". They're are just big phonies who have no intention on paying who they hire.

Leon
She is just posting the way she feels. To bad she didn't do a search here before taking any work from them then she wouldn't have been burnt.

She still didn't say when the signing took place. Was it last week?

If this signing took place more than 30 days ago then you shoud try calling the lending company to let them know you were not paid. They have a lot of pull with signing companies and I am sure they would not pass work on to one that is unethical. Also, report them to the Better Business Bureau. I advise this assuming that all your paperwork was correct and did not delay the closing. Best of luck collecting. It is sad when some companies do this. Most companies are so good about paying.

They owe me from January. I have called no less than 10 times and asked for payment but no one ever answers the phone. Search on their name and you will find others in the same boat.

Thanks, they owe me since December 06. I have also called and they only have voicemail . I did send them a certified letter requesting payment and they did sign for it so Im assuming the company is still in business. (Bad business that is.) Sorry to say I did not research this company, because all the other signing companies I have been contracted on have paid me diligently.

Yes Ms. Paddock the signing took place December 6,2006, and I closed on two loans that day, and which were emailed(over 200 pages total). I have already reported them to the Arizona Better Business Bureau and they have informed me that they do not handle this type of sitatuion, so im out of luck there. I have already contacted the title company and they inform me that they have paid this company and the loan closed back in December, and they cannot help me. Its been this long and I honestly do not feel I will get paid. Thanks for your concerns and you are right I have closed on over 300 loans and I have always been paid.

Dear Mr. Leon in response to your question(s). This signing occurred on December 6, 2006 in Kingsville, Texas, which I had to travel 30 miles to get there (a total of 60 roundtrip). I understand that it can take up to 30 days to get paid, and after loan funds, and if there are no problems. I have been doing this for over 3 years and I have closed over 300 loans myself. I contacted the title company and spoke with the legal department and they informed me that they have in fact paid this signing company for my fees and this loan did close. I feel I have been more than patient. They do not return my telephone calls or email requests. I feel that they are not going to pay me and this was my last resort. Im sure you would feel the same way. By the way, I closed on two loans on that day, and they were both over 100 pages each and they were emailed to me. I hope it answers your questions.

After listening to people get hosed by this company for many
years I have gleaned certain information. 1 They have a very SPECIFIC way in which you can bill them. Once a month on THEIR paperwork only. If you do not follow it EXACTLY they will try and use this as a reason for nonpayment. 2. For whatever reason they will respond to the BBB, make sure that you file a complaint. 3. Use the weight of agencies that will have percieved jurisdiction over them. California Attorney General, US Attorney General, your local district attorney. Save every scrape of correspondence and them know that you intend to file civil suit for amount owed, acrued intrest and court cost and follow up. Best of luck, how on earth did you let what could be the SS with the worst reputation in the world get you so upside down?????? Inquiring minds would like to know

Re: Non Paying Signing Company-A2Z Notary
I did 2 closings for them in January and no pay. Contacted BBB and they did not even respond to them. No one answers their phones and when they do answer, they hang up on you. Terrible business to work with.
