Not Paying
I did a loan for National Signing Network on March 13, 2007 no payment yet. I have called a few times with no answer. I call a cell phone for Brian, and he said he was out of town and would make sure my check went out the following day, still waiting. Anyone else having trouble with them?

Re: a few posts down says they have shuttered up and left town
I have done two for them and both payments went over 90 days; however, when I spoke to Brian (on his cellphone), he sent my check out immediately. He does not always answer his cellphone because he also handles closings. He was very apologetic and explained that his partners had bailed on him- leaving him in a bad situation. He is struggling to get up to date. I tend to believe him, and will probably give him another chance. He has statrted up a new company.

Over 90 days to pay and has started a new business.
What happened to closing out one's business and making sure that everyone who had performed services for that company were compensated? It seems that it has come to:"Well H*** this one didn't work, lets try another one and see if this will work." Susana you may do whatever you feel is best for you. For me, I worked hard getting my money from Brian and I don't think that I will give him or his new business another chance.

If you haven't paid your notaries, you shouldn't be allowed to start over a new business in the same field. I'm sorry he is in that position, but if he was a partner, he is equally responsible. What is the name of the new business? I want to make sure I don't accept any business from him. I've already had thee companies close up shop after I did a few from them and never got paid.

Thanks for all of the input. I will just keep calling until I get my money, hopefully that is all I will need to do.

Personally, I respect someone who was left holding the bag and is trying his best to make good.

Him saying he was left holding the bag, doesn't make it true
I spent well over 90 days calling most everyday to him and not until I started on the title comapny he worked for did I get satisfaction. Good luck
