I notice, however, that he has a trial period for his member forum area for 7 days, if you don't cancel before the 7 days are up, you get billed automatically for membership.

I HATE that ploy! Expire me if you want, but don't charge me.

Is the membership worth it? Do his techniques/recommendations/personal experience rely strongly on the real estate business?

I am curious about that policy... I know in calif (0r is the

US)? if you do a trial order and decide NOT to go foward they are NOT allowed to charge you...they can send a bill but you don't have to pay or cancel UNLESS you have signed a contract.....

anyone know if it does or does not apply online?

Another good one

is everyday cheapskate by Mary Hunt. She has alot of good ideas. Not "quick fixes" . Mainly just (not so)common sense.
