Just found the following on Freecycle.org - reminiscent of previous post re: xyz oppor.

I´m in need of any kind of surgical intruments that you may no longer need or want.
I can use these to do wound cleaning or minor surgical suturing. Im a doctor who is partly licensed here in the states, and who is applying to residency programs. I can put these to good use. I live in East Orlando. Thanks, a million."
