And it's one of my favorite stores.

This is where I take my laptop to have it serviced.

They do fine quality work at a reasonable price.

Too bad. . .

Goodbye, I won't miss you.

The closest one to me closed and I know why. Their service sucked, at any one time they may have 4 people on the floor and to ask them a question, gets the retort of " I'll get a supervisor and you can ask him/her". It boils down to, their prices are high and their service sucked, pretty much a recipe for closing shop. Having said that I can't say that their competitors Best Buy and Circuit City rank high on those 2 scores either.

I very rarely went into the store. There is a Best Buy store closer.
