One of the good guys, I think

Did a closing for this title company recently and today I get a call to verify my W-9 information and mailing address. Okay .....I'm wondering why because a title company has never called me to verify any information before mailing out the payment. Well she tells me that the loan will fund tomorrow 5/25/07 and she wants to send out the check. Okay I went silent........ We talked a bit but we both agreed that if the lines of communication were kept open and if the TC's and SS's would honor their word/agreementsto the NSA's then making money would be better. We as NSA's know this already it seems the SS's and TC's fail to want to live up to their end. In my book this company is good because they reached out.
