Please help!
I have just recently signed up with Notary Rotary, I can't figure out how to sign up with the companies on this site. Someone told me to click on each company and forward my profile, when I have done so, I don't see the option. Please help me!
Thank you,
Gui

You must first be logged in to view the respective company profile. Once you login and click the company, you will see contact information for that company. Signing up with companies is time-consuming. There's really no "point and click" feature that I have found. Also, use the Orange Search Button at the top of this page and read message #33325 in its entirety. Twice.

Re: And in addition
I would also use the search button and "search" each company before you sign up with them. Just a suggestion

Click on the compay and you'll see a web address and/or an e-mail address - go to their website to sign up with them or e-mail them asking how to get on their list. I don't think there's a way to actually forward your NotRot profile to anyone - at least I don't see it - if there is someone please correct me.

Well.... you could cut and paste your profile and email it to them. I wouldn't recommend it though. It will make you come off as lazy and not willing to take the time to go to the web site and sign up with them properly.
Do your self a favor and sit down and write yourself a letter of introduction. List your experience, back ground, qualifications, fees, coverage area etc. then you can either attach it to any email or you can cut and paste it when they give you a message area.

Also, if you are a free member, even though you're logged in, you won't be able to see the complete address and email/web address. You should still do a search on NR for info about the company as well as using Google.

Re: Please help! ( You guys are great )
Helping one another is what it is all about. That is why I have the upmost respect for my fellow notaries on Notary Rotary. If no one has ever told you guys, "you make me proud to be a notary." Thanks for being there for whatever the problem is. I guess I was caught in a vunerable moment. We sometimes forget we have been where they are now.
