Precision Closing- Posting fool today housewrk is caught up

Just lowered fees--- called for a overnight closing.. woo woo-- a great $40.00 free... You know I jumped right on that one!!!!! Was nice and gave fee and told her I would not be offended by any means for her to call around and check fees.
