Premier Document Solutions. . . DON'T do it!
Anyone have any luck collecting from these folks? I have left more phone messages than I care to remember, sent numerous faxes and letters, one being Certified Return Receipt. On the few occassions that I've spoken to Marissa, she says she will relay the message to David Alburn (sp?) the owner.
The signing took place on March 23, 2007 and the confirmation states that it will be paid within 30 days. NOT!
Any leads would be very much appreciated.
Shelly

Have you tried contacting the TC that was involved? Call them to verify that the file closed (have the file number handy), let them know you still have not been paid, and ask them to contact Premier Document Solutions on your behalf. I use this as a last resort and it is usually fairly effective as it embarrasses the SS to their client. They may get upset that you contacted the TC, but that's their problem, not yours.

Thanks, I tried that and was passed on to another person who has not returned my call.

It took me about 60 days and a complaint to the BBB before I got paid - and they had the nerve to call offering another assignment while I was still trying to collect for the first one...
Stay in their face - fax them an invoice daily, let them know you're going to file complaints with the BBB, the local Chamber of Commerce, the DA, whatever. Give them a payment deadline, and start filing the complaints the day they miss it. It's important that they know you're not going to go away quietly. Hang in there and don't let them wait you out - you'll get paid.

I received pmt for a signing I did without any problems. I just had to wait about 45 days. When it takes that long to get paid, I just look at it as money in the bank. When I took the job, I was told it would be approx 45 days to receive pmt.

I have not been paid for signings beginning in February. I just filed with BBB, and will be sending them to collections, or small claims court.
A shame, I really liked the schedulers Melissa and Diego. Maybe I confused them with another company - but I think they used to be very nice, not only to work with, but prompt to pay. Hard times?

Update: Paid
Received check only after filing with the BBB and calling the title agent who hired them, saying I would be forced to bill them instead, if I didn't get the check immediately. Oh, and I began to post my experience with them on every message board known to me.
