I did a signing for a CPA last month. She got interested at what I do. We chatted and she asked for my business cards b/c she has a friend who's an investor that may use my service. I got a call today from a Lease Management Firm. They mentioned it was a referral and asked if I'd be interested in notarizing about 20-40 leases (new &renewal) a month for the next few months. We haven't discuss the pricing, but they will schedule between 10-20 clients for each signing.
Unless it's been mentioned before, I think that's a good lead for extra notary income source.
