Question marks on documents

I have been sent some PDF file documents that contain question marks (where the person creating the document would be able to check a block), but the person sending them to me says they aren't on her copies. Anyone have this problem before?

Yes, try to close Adobe and start it all over again, also download the file again.

it might also mean there are multiple versions of adobe on

your computer... you have to make sure they are all removed before you re-DL the software

did you search for multiples on your computer ? that is

what was the prb when I had that going on....

in remove prog only one showed...

I did a serach for adobe and found that I had about three versions that were still there when i upgraded ... no clue why but when I dumped them and all adobe on the list, rebooted, and DL a clean adobe, and rebooted than all was great........
