Why not? Is it not a Federal holiday? The 30th used to be Memoral Day, are you thinking we should use that date, instead of the 'observed' date?

Okay...good advise.... I'm a bit dyslexic (and rushed) today. I'll be sure and not include Monday, and Sunday in any three day RTC I get signed today.
