This week was bad, and next week looks just as bad.. Nothing on the books for Monday thru Wednesday yet. Only did 6 closings this week and 15 for the month so far.
Dusted off the resume and started sending it out this week. Market has not hit the bottom yet according to folks.
If the IRS thought I lost money in years past.. oh boy 2007 maybe the end of my business if things dont change.

Have a friend that works at one of the largest national TC's
and she told me that this week is the slowest week that they have had in years. She said the schedulers had nothing to do at all this week.

I've had orders every day this week. It's slowed down today. But I do have an appointment tomorrow. Nice thing is that almost all of the signings I did this week paid well. Have a nice weekend everyone and Happy Mother's Day to all you Mothers.

It hasn't slowed down for me maybe it helps to be in the Riverside Ca. I can't believe all the calls for Saturday signings. I usually teach on Saturdays and have to turn them down. I had 4 calls for last Saturday and 3 for tomorrow. All the calls are for daytime signings.

I have had one of the best beginnings of a month ever. 3 reverses, 1 purchase, and a 1st and 2nd. I have 2 tonight. I just go with the flow......

Mon & Tues weren't slow
I did 6 closings Mon & Tues. Lost my voice Tuesday night, so I really didn't mind not having anything scheduled as I can't talk! My 16 year old daughter thinks that is a good thing.
