Sometimes this is the most Thankless Job!..
Reviewing a file before my appointment for tonight, this is a reschedule, Piggyback. docs were sent over in a rush it would appear. Was sent three attachments all with the same content. Argh! Finally get the rest. Ok seems alright. After looking everything over I discover a mistake by TC. Two notes exactly the same. Forgot to send the note and the Deed for the second. I ask, are you sure I have everything? Yes. Ok, then why are there two notes exactly the same. Same loan amount, the Hud says something different. One should be for xxx amount and one for xx amount.
"Oh? Let me check that". Yes you do need the note and deed for xx amount. Ya think?! How about, gee thanks for catching that. Venting done. thank you!

I show up, cover page has their name, but the rest of the docs are for some other family back East. Call title, they say oops and promise to find my guys docs, as of now they don't know what happened. Going back Thursday with docs sent to me.
