Southeast Title - anyone else owed by them?
Southeast Title in Goodletsville, TN, owes me for closings on Jan 8, Feb 23 and March 23. I've called, emailed and sent invoices. Contact is "Delana". Latest contact was on April 17 when Delana told me they needed invoices, which I emailed to her. No payment yet. I'm going to call again today and was wondering if anyone else had had any non-payment issues with this company. They're about 100 miles from me, down near Nashville, but I plan to drive down to Nashville sometime in June anyway, so if they haven't sent a check by that time, I could always take my file with me and drop by their office.
