Speedy Closing In New Jersey are they a NP

I did a search and came up with a Speedy Closing as a no-pay not sure where they are located. Just got a call from a Speedy Closing in New Jersey is this the same non-paying company? If so I need to turn down the job...Any input would help thanks... For some strange reason my phone has been ringing off the hook today, not complaining just do not want to work for free.

I did a closing for them in November, the day before Thanksgiving and got paid in April.
Not too speedy.

I have done many closings for SP and never had a problem getting paid. They are not the highest payers but I never have to worry about payment.
