State NSA Networks

I have a great lead for your marketing directors.
This nationwide TC lead is going to be using the FL network, and would like to speak to someone from each of the networks for possibly using them as well.
Surprise, surpise, they have had bad experiences with SS and the inexperienced notaries some of them send.
Either PM or email me with your contact informations.

Congratulations Misty, I believe networks are the future

of loan signing. You get the best bang for the buck with networks since the members are all interested in the same goals and you set your own internal standards and plice them. Hopefully other companies are going to get on the bandwagon.

Re: Congratulations Misty, I believe networks are the future

Thank you Charles, I believe you are correct!
We have been well-received by many TC's and lenders who have told me about their SS nightmares.
NSA's who don't know about junk docs, leaving w/o the final HUD, etc.
They are wanting to deal directly with experienced notaries rather than deal with SS and
their notary auctions.
As many can see, SS's are going just as fast as they are coming anymore.
Not that there aren't a few good ones, and that most probably have the best intentions,
but ultimately are not able to accommodate the needs of the clients.

Re: Congratulations Misty, I believe networks are the future

We need such an organization here in California. One that has rules and guidelines that benefits all the members.
Thank you

Rick, the framework is all here on Notary Rotary as well

as the contacts. The problem is that there are too many people who are afraid to share their contacts for fear that someone else will profit. This appears to be the main stumbling block. I know several people here who have started very successful networks but it requires a unified commitment to succeed and that is hard to come by. Most people desire success but few desire it enough to work for it. Good luck

Re: So true

Charles it takes work and dedication by all members for a network to work. It also takes time to see the rewards but I think that all of our networks have reaped the fruits of our labor. And I only see it getting better for us.

PA Network?

Does anyone know if there is one, or one in the works?
I have a specific request for a PA network.

Re: sharing contacts

in CT, I'm not afraid to pass a name & number on to any company I work with to others that I network with. As such, I've picked up a few new companies & "my" companies continue to call me first as they will get the order filled by someone competent. I've had a few think that I was a signing service!! For me, it's a win-win & I know the notaries I network with would say the same.

Re: Congratulations Misty, I believe networks are the future

Hi Rick,

In fact, we do have one here in California and it seems to be working quite well for all of our current members. We have several TCs which only use our members for their closings. We are always on the lookout for professional and experienced notaries who are committed to the weekly marketing requirements. If you'd like more info, please check out my link which also lists the network's website.

Take care,
Kim

Re: Congratulations Misty, I believe networks are the future

I am always happy to hear how the other networks are doing across the country. I have added links to each of the networks (similar sort of networks, that I am aware of) on my websites. If you take a moment to check, please let me know if I missed any.

and I think it's the greatest arsenal to put deadbeats out of commission for good. BTW, I think we have the same client of interest.
