If anybody heard about State Wide Doc. Services? I just got assignment and wonder if they pay?

If they are in Aliso Viejo, CA I accepted an assignement from them last year, and had a hard time collecting my money. I finally hyad to send a demand letter for payment.

If it is Sherry with Statewide Document Service in Indianapolis IN, she is great. Pays a fair fee and pays right at 30 days. I would work for her anytime.

I had a problem w/the one in IN. I ended up not getting paid for a double signing a ways back. Borrower and broker apparantly had a misunderstanding and tried to blame the notary. State Wide took the broker's side instead of listening to my side.
