Thanks to all regarding Infinite Notary bounced checks
Thanks for all the input! Let me get you up to date...... (what a difference a day makes) I left a message Sunday afternoon stating I was having trouble making verbal contact with them for some reason and to find resolution, I would be contacting the title company to actually speak with a person instead of an answering machine. I heard nothing all day Monday. This morning, I filed a complaint with the BBB and copy and pasted the actual complaint onto a word doc. I forwarded it to the owner of Infinite Notaries stating we need to bring this to closure. This evening I received an email stating a check was cut last night and mailed out this morning. We'll see..... I'll keep you posted. Again, thanks for all the wonderful input and advice. I depend on this so much, being a fairly new notary.

I can't seem to get paid by this company either. Have sent them a certified letter and next step will be collections and BBB.

I worked for Infinite Notary on May 4, 2007, and have not been paid yet. I have called and left messages but no one returns my calls. I have faxed and emailed my invoice requesting payment, but no response. To other notaries, a word of caution. You may find it difficult to obtain payment from Infinite Notary out of Texas.

  Infinite Notary
Finally received payment from Infinite Notary after multiple phone messages. We won't work for them again as they are very slow to pay and will not respond to phone messages, emails, or faxed requests.
