The Bottom Line Signing Services in CA, anyone have
problems getting paid? If so what did you do? I have called (always get voice mail), faxed and emailed with no response. I know the loan funded.

Hi Cam, Send a demand letter - I can email you later with a copy if you need one.

Hi Cam,
I had similar problems two years ago...interesting how some things never change. In my case, I actually spoke to the person from The Bottom Line that hired me 3 times after the signing regarding payment. I heard just about every excuse in the book each time I spoke to her. I sent invoices by fax and certified mail, along with a demand letter -- all ignored. Once the deadline outlined in my letter passed, I contacted the Escrow Officer involved with the loan and was paid within 3 days. In all it took about 75 days to receive payment. If you do a search on this board, you'll find some good demand letters to work with.
Good Luck,
Kim
