  To the "other" notary
Without naming a name, you know who you are: You called the borrower and re-scheduled the time for the next day. Instead of showing up at "your" time, the bo had to call you to get you out of bed. When you did show up, you had on sweats, sandals and a T-shirt. You spent TWO hours at the closing, as you didn't know how to present docs. You made several mistakes which allowed me to go re-do your closing. I'm not saying I am the "best of the best", (I've made my share of mistakes, too), but it was so nice to have the bo's tell me how "professional" I was at the table. Thanks for screwing up... it helps pay my bills.

I am shocked they signed the papers. If someone showed up at my house dressed like that I would not have went through with the signing. Personally I would not have trusted them. I always dress professional. Appearance is vert important.

There seems to be some of that going on in this neck of the woods, too. It can be very discouraging waiting for them to go under, but eventually, they can't keep up with gas prices what they are, and other expenses. Hang on tight!
