Top Tier Closing Solutions G/B/U?
Any one had any business relations with Top Tier Closing Solutions?
[e-mail address] Mr. David Cox 214-641-3541
Did a HECM for them on March 1, 2007, and David Cox has told me the check was paid three weeks ago, as he was told; then last week Wednesday after my tel-con with him, he said he was told it went out on Monday March 30th, and should be here.
Not so- and it's 65 days- the Enterprise Abstract Tel. No. 631-249-6130 is no longer in service.
Guess it's time to turn it over to a Collection Agency.
I have a question, for some Legal Minds out there, when a Signing Services does not pay a Notary for their work; can this be thought of in terms of "Theft of Services".
I believe Washington State has some thing like this on their books, but don't know if New York does or not.
If so, can it be brought up with the SOS, of N.Y. and they perhaps revoke Notary Licenses for individuals so dealing?
Appreciate your thoughts on this.
Thanks-
Happy in Fl

Thank you Brenda. When I tried Search last week, and entered Top Tier Closing Solutions, it came up with nothing showing.
But with your #172402, and saw the list of cross references with Title Stream, sounds like this David Cox is doing a Con Job on quite a few Notaries Public, hey?
Again, it brings up the Question of "Theft of Services", has anyone tried looking into this aspect? If it is an ongoing thing, this individual needs to be stopped, and his notary stamp Revoked. It is putting a very dark "Stamp" on all of us, in my opinion.
Notaries need to be Honest, Trustworthy, Reliable and of Good Charactor. Maybe it is far reaching to expect these qualities in everyone, but certainly there needs to be a benchmark that we all should reach for.

66 Days after the fact;
Just received the check, after all the phone calls, e-mails, promises and what not.
Want to let everyone know the outcome.
Slow pay- but they did finally, so we go from there.
