WHOOOPEEEE............

just got a call from land america......offered me $40 for a closing 70 miles round trip and then said it will be e-docs and we pay $10 for that.......i said add $100 to that and i would probably consider it......after a big gulp she said i will have to try and find some one else,,,,be my guest.........gas is $3.399 here...............

Maybe title co's know SS are paying these fees so they are going directly to the notary and cutting the middleman out..... SS's may be low balling themselves right out of business..wonder what that means for SA'S(?) A courier service will not take "1" document 35 miles to be notarized for less than $50. .. why would anyone handle a loan closing for $50.

Shame to that title co.... they of all parties involved in a real estate transaction, know what the SA does AND what a pain emailed docs can be.
