Patti, I too was contacted by them in April. I think they are trying to build a database or trying to select a few for future signing use. If you do a search just "Ward Title" you'll find a couple of posts re: this co. Basically same request of info.

No mention of how or when started. Rec'd a phone call 4/27/07, then at my request, an e-mail verifying their name/address info. from Helen Workman @ Ward Title. I did a search on internet & was able to view their website (shows same address & phone number given on the e-mail attachment) Simply asked for submission of fee schedule, service area's covered & how much E & O insurance.

still cannot find the sight i previously mentioned but did find subjects website.... must be a new site and will take week or two for spiders to find it (did not come up in google search, at least not the first 2 pages of my search) web is their name as shown in subject line ,,then,, .com,,,
