Website for rating Title/SS

I have been working on a website that would list signing services and title companies and have them rated by NSA's, like a report card for them. This forum has been a great help in finding complaints about companies that haven't paid or make life more difficult for us, but I thought it would be nice to have a central site you can go to that lists company, address, if they pay, how long, etc. Then you can determine if you want to accept a job from new client. This is NOT intended to slam anyone, just trying to help out fellow NSA's. I have been fortunate so far not to be burned by anyone yet, and I don't want to be. My idea is for it to just be a grading system listing number of complaints or positive remarks, not a commentary to ridicule or praise the companies.

I would appreciate any intelligent comments about this, whether it would be worthwhile, or maybe if such a site already exists.

$10 a year is all it costs. Very worth it. Between here and there, you can usually find what you are looking for.

Re: A very worthwhile idea.

I just checked the website and they are now charging $20.00 for the year. Its still worth it. I am sure that the 20.00 will pay for itself when you do not lose more because a company does not pay.

I would still pay it. You are right, if it keeps you from losing a payment on one signing, it pays for itself.

We are re-working our company listing under Signing Central to do just this. Companies will be much easier to rate, you will be able to add a short comment about them, and you will be able to tie forum threads to their company profile. The latter will make it much easier to keep track of what's being said about a given company.
