When you swap out BO copy have you ever had a LO call

Mr. BO made a mistake so I swapped it out and the next day I got a call from the LO asking where the "original" was. At first I thought she meant I forgot to include it in the ON but I had nothing left..... but no, she says she can tell I used BO copy and it was upsetting to her....

Some lenders send two different files and some of the customers copies say "borrower's copies" on the bottom. Chase Home Finance RTC's I'm sure say this. Most of the time you can swap out, but sometimes you can't. HFC/Beneficial has originals and borrowers copies marked too.

Hmmm... sounds like she's got a career choice to make...

If she wants to be a notary, or a loan processor (maybe even an underwriter if she's that anal) she should do it.

Cause she don't get no commission bonus for harassing you instead of generating another loan.

Some folks would rather be right than rich.
