$75.00 for purchase closing

Newly established local signing service offering a whopping $75.00 for a purchase signing. 30 miles one way to realtor's office. Lucky me. Won't cover my time nor gasoline costs.

Purchase closing take two to three times longer than other closings. You would be making less than minimum wage doing it for $75.00.

apparently the "pros' "that know their stuff," have never done a purchase or know whats involved, thus justifying the fee. If there was any consideration for the liability alone, I'm sure( I hope) that they would 'understand'
