$80 fee WITH E-DOCS

Just had an SS call me and offer $80 fee WITH E-DOCS for a signing at 5:30 tonight. I'm sure they'll find someone to do it but won't be me!

Re: $80 fee WITH E-DOCS --- That seems to be the going

trend with some of these momos. I had a call yesterday from someone out of Texas claiming to be a division of Lenders First Choice. I told them that I had availability but not at the $80.00 e-docs that they were offering. End of conversation.
Sadly there will be idiots who are desperate enough to take that kind of money.
Time to circle in the wagons folks, there is unity in numbers!

I had a call tonight for a 1st/2nd for $130 or $135 (I can't remember since I was so shocked!). I sputtered, "Is that with e-docs???" and he said, yes, and there are faxbacks too. I told him my minimum fee for that would be $2XX, and of course that wasn't approved.

Just got a call from LFC (9:30 ET) for a signing tomorrow - e-docs - $85.00. Sorry my fee is considerably more than that. Oh, and by the way, they've not been able to reach the borrowers to get a time (start of MD weekend, what do you bet they've already left town?).

Guess I should feel priviledged they quoted me $5 more than the going rate.
