"Integrity" Notary what a joke

I did a signing for B P Silver back in July of 2006. Successful Loan Signing and he was paid but neglected to send me the fee of $xxx.xx that he "CONFIRMED" with me. His numbers were disconnected. I searched when I had time looking for him. Recently was able to get a good number. Made contact with him and he lied and said he was not even doing signing on that date then hung up on me. Called him back and was more persistent and he agreed to send check the next day. Next day came and he emailed me saying that he found the confirmation, but in the confirmation he said I was to email him with closing status and an invoice. Which I did at the time back in 2006. He said that he was not going to pay me even though he was paid for the services I did. We emailed back and fourth with him sending him same bull sh--. This gut is a piece of work. No "Integrity". After reading msgs in this board I have noticed that he has done this to many other people. He should be put out of business totally and live in a card board box eating scraps.

I thought he had gone out of business. He is no longer a Notary Public, his commission expired 8-14-2006.

Well his website has signed people up as recently as today. He has posted to his discussion board as recently as 3/07 and he still signs his signature with NNA, etc.

This is from the state's website, where you can check a notary's commission.
http://notaries.dos.state.fl.us/not001.html. As you can see his commission is expired. But he doesn't need to be a notary to run a signing service. You are right the "Integrity" is a joke!

I certainly hope no one uses his rescission calendar. It is riddled with errors. There is no INTEGRITY with anything on his site, as far as I can tell.

Doesn't the ASN and NNA terminate a notary's membership when their commission expires? (Maybe not the NNA, as they want to keep the $$$ coming in.)

Popsie
Do I recall him naming you Notary of the Month once and posting (with the "award" LOL) that you were to receive something for being Notary of the Month and he didn't follow through (Big surprise! LOL)

You guys need to be careful...you just might receive a certified letter containing a C&D order from a personal injury attorney.

BPS is the ultimate Jackbag!

Anyone can join USNA at any time for, at minimum, a year at a time. Doesn't have to coincide with dates of commission. So if their commission expires and they still have 3 months on the membership - we have to give 'em what they paid for. I think NNA and ASN (all the nationals) are the same.

PAN is different - membership coincides with commission.
