lately? I can't rememeber the last time I did one and my sis in Chi-town is a real estate agent and she claims nuthin' is going down....everythings for sale, it a buyers market.

Finally closed last Monday on our house in CT - was on the market for almost 2 years...I hear the market there is hitting rock bottom.

Did five this past Friday. Scheduled for many more on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

These are all new homes, sold by the builder and the builder is giving away tons of incentives: reduced prices, money towards closing costs, upgrades, etc. And the lender (owned by the builder) is really pushing FHA loans, which the builder pays all the closing costs except the MIP. Many sweet deals on new homes.

I had 8 this weekend. Sat, Sun

all Texas properties. Two sets of BO's, four homes each. One BO had a 80/20 on each property. So really a total of 12 for the weekend. Ready for a long nap!
