Try using the orange button and use the key words no-no list. If that doesn't work, email me and I'll send you a copy of a list that I have.

Good morning Cindy Sorry about non-payment issues. You can do a search using the orange button above enter "no-no list". There's a few names there, but unfortunately it is only updated as more names are added due to non-paying Co's. If there's a specific Co you want info on, you can use same orange button & do a search by name.

Re: Thanks
You're welcome I read the forum often to stay abreast of what's happening in the SA world and I rely on that "search" button to help me in determining the "ethics" of a company asking me to perform services for them. Fortunate to say have never been burned (to date) by SS or Title Co's yet. That does not mean I haven't had to send repeat e-mails or invoices, just means I don't accept "non-payment.

Okay, try logging completely out of your system, then log back in. Then come back to Notary Rotary & click on Notary Talk button. Up in the "header" sections above the messages you are reading right now, you should see several icons' one of which is the orange search button.

Don't get mad...get even. Sue them. There are too many good companies out ther to have to tolerate the rip off no pay clients.

Check out other notary sites, if you see the same company come up more then 3 times the odds are its a slow or no pay company. A word of warning though, a company maybe bad with some people but may pay others without a problem.
Almost never got one of my biggest clients 3 years ago because of 1 or 2 bad post. Some companies I know never to take work from no matter what. In time you will have your own N0-No list. Good Luck..
Some of my No No for one reason or another I will not take work from. Becarful and research companies that begin with Nationwide - some are great and some well.. Its ashame that you have to so much homework in order to insure timely payment.
United (co, ny) SOX LIA Loan Closers Inc Accurate (Fl, CA) Angels on the Run
Plenty of other No No's on my list.
Example of a company people like but is on my No-No - Richmond Title
Good luck..
