  enotarization
Does anyone use eNotorization in this forum? I curious to learn more about, but was unable to obtain information from the NNA without paying for a course. Has anyone seen or used it? What are the advantages and disadvantages of it. What does the future hold?

I think Pa. is the notary frontrunner in this endeavor. Using "stewart and closing and mortgage" you can learn that the technology is still stabelizing and that investors are still being solicited to further the use of "enotarization."

IMHO, it's not time for a notary to invest in the technology, but it's good to keep an eye on what's going on.

They are looking at it in WA
They are looking at it in WA. This is very bad news.
We WA notaries are aware of how few of us know our notary regulations. The regs are terribly written and no training or testing is required to get a commission.
I hate to think of eNotarization in the hands of WA notaries. Combine general notary incompetence with low-level knowledge of ID theft prevention and the result is - - YIKES at the nuclear level!
If you want to send a protest letter, let me know and I'll email you what I know about the subcommittee.

This push for eNotarization in WA is being done very quietly by the big title companies here. I only know because the SOS office telephoned me with the news.

I would like to know more about the protest letter.
If I am understanding your response correctly, you are opposed to the enotarization because notaries are not being trained properly. Correct?
