Friday started at 6:30 am, then 8:00am 10:30am and finally one in Ontario at 2pm. That was it for me because the freeway system in the Inland Empire seem to completely collapse with everyone going to Las Vegas & The River. My final phone call was at 9pm.

Hope we don't have an end of the month next to a 3 days holiday for awhile.

Great month and a great EOM! Hope everyone else had a great month.

I give got 3 on Tuesday and a fun one on Wednesday with one of those "Recovering type companies" that find money for clients. The client is delighted and these companies include the check when they FedEx the documents to the Notary. The notary work and signing takes less than 10 minutes.

10am, 2pm, 4:30pm, 7:30pm, 9pm then an emergency call at 8:30pm for whenever I'm done with the 9pm. Got to borrower at 10:30pm via mobile print and there awaited me was a bag of fresh oven baked smell brownies. The borrower has been waiting (someone dropped the ball) anxiously.

Y'all probably wondering how I can run an SS and still manage that many signing at EOM...It's all technologies and time management.

I am an SA evenings and weekends and escrow officer/asst/closer for a title co. by day.... this was the "slowest" month of the year for me as SA.... I had 1.... count it "1" closing as SA....outside of the "1" closing,, I had 3 ph. calls,,, 2 of them were a dup I'm sure....... But as far as my day job.... OMG soooo busy, and not refi's ...all purchases, which is awesome for all of us, shows the residential is coming "alive" again !! I know Memorial Weekend makes it busy, but we have gotten alot of orders/contract for June so things are turning around. (if we can just keep the main-stream media doom and gloom reporters out of our r.e. circle things will pickup). The market took a tumble when cbs,nbc,abc, started talking about the r.e.bubble and i knew it would. ... i screamed every morning "shut up".... they did not .... It's like, you have stock in this product and it's growing, then...someone says " "that product is going to kill you and all hear this news on all major networks... what do they do?... they stop using/buying it.... same w/buying and selling r.e...... the media...uuuugh. (that said, i do agree there were loans made that s/not be ...i.e. 1st ARM 2nd balloon... bad deal!!)

thanks.... and i wanted to thank you for your advise "get the phone number of the borrower from the SS while on the ph w/them.".... but i had to run out of the housel... husband taking me out to eat....better go before he decides pizza delivery will work ...again :O( but seriously that is a great move.... i had a SA call me last month, came to terms on $, i thought... she said she would send confirm.. did not rec'v and when i called her back (caller i.d.) that afternoon, evening, nite..p/o'd so next day......... all calls no answer no machine......"but" if i had made her stand as you suggest, i am sure, i would have had a closing that evening.....i thank you!
