does anyone know of any good websites to list your services on?? I use lenders-america.com and that paid off great but i am always looking for new ways to get my name out there. we do abstracting and closings occasionally

I agree. I'm not spending $300/yr for a listing ...
... especially with the amount of competition and reduction of fees that everyone is doing. It just doesn't seem to be cost effective.

I didn't pay the price that is advertised on the site. When he called me back I told him it was too much and asked if there were any discounts or enrollment insentives. he ended up giving me over 50% off- the guy that signed me up asked me not to repeat how much he took off (so you didn't hear it from me).... I would say it's definately worth a phone call.....
