wondering...NO Hud

Did a signing over the weekend, and no HUD. Called the borrower and had them
double check their pkg and they were overnighted. They didn't see one either.
Wonder what will happen??
HMMMMMMMMM

Sometimes lenders put an estimated settlement statement in the middle of the docs. Sometimes I don't even know where it is until they tell me. Just a thought.

Sometimes they will send it as a settlement statement format and not in a HUD format. And sometimes they do overlook it, since it's one of the last documents to get filled out.

I had a late night closing and could not find the HUD as I knew it. Thought the loan was not going to close. Turned out the estimated settlement statement was this lenders version of the HUD and the next day everything was hunkydory.
