1st and 2nd loan

Just got a call to do a 1st and 2nd for $60.00 are you kidding me? I mean things are starting off a little slow compared to last month....but I am sorry no matter how desperate I become I will not do a double for $60.00. Maybe they though it was a favor...they said overnight. These companies need to get a grip!!!!! Just thougth that everybody may need a good laugh!!!!

That is a laugh!! I've been very slow in Illinois. Companies call me to do a double for $40. Are you kidding me...please not ever!! No matter how slow I am.

Things are slow for me also. I feel a bit desperate, but have never done a 1st and 2nd for less than $125. Most of the time it's been $150.

I was offered $70. to do one on Monday. I quoted MY fee and was given the usual reply "I'll see if I can get THAT approved". And, of course, they didn't call me back. However, we all know that someone out there accepted that fee (or maybe just a little more) and it makes me wonder whether or not I'll get that desperate one day. I truly hope not.

I too was offered 60 for a 1st and 2nd turned it down with a counter offfer. She said I was on their list as accepting work for a 40 fee. I said take my name off your list I do not work for that. She said it's on our list, so what take it off!!! I don't work for that gas over $3 a gallon you have to be kidding. She said we understand that's why we have cut our prices. 1 call to set up appointment, 1 call to confirm appointment is made with borrower, 1 call at closing, and another after the closing. Cut out the micromanagement and let us do our jobs and you will say loads of money. TAKE ME OFF YOUR LIST, your wasting my time calling me.
