Got a call from them a few days ago, didn't want to pay my fee so came to an agreement on fee then was instructed to sign up on their database. Before completing the process I read the Independent Contractor agreement which states that no show/no sign are handled on a case by case basis. So I sent email for clarification with my policy of no show/no sign, cancellation after edocs printed, and if borrowers rescinds. Haven't gotten a response yet, nor did I get confirmation to complete that signing.
