I've been providing links on my site for years. Long before blog rolling can into being. Any notary can request to have their site listed simply by completing a form. Great for "building" SEO points.

Yep, you're right PAW, I just didn't have time to check her

profile. However I still like to see the site I am connecting to. Perhaps I'm more suspicious than some but its the Wild West out in cyberspace
